Legal Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Support professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment. This is an ongoing contract opportunity supporting a high-performing legal team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience within a legal or corporate setting who thrives on managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality support.

About the Role

As a key member of the Legal & Governance team, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to corporate solicitors and broader team functions. You will play a critical role in managing legal workflows, contract processes, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the legal management system (e.g. LawVu)

• Coordinate intake, review, and allocation of legal matters

• Assist with due diligence and online research

• Upload and manage contracts through approval workflows

• Coordinate execution of contracts (wet ink & e-signature platforms

• Assist with Board and Committee meeting preparation

• Manage purchase orders and invoice processing

• Maintain registers (e.g. bank guarantees)

• Support insurance claims and document management systems

• Contribute to monthly reporting activities

About You

• Previous experience in a legal support or corporate administrative role

• Experience with contract lifecycle processes (POs, approvals, execution)

• Familiarity with legal or contract management systems

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
